What is the Refund, Exchange & Promotion Policy?

- Refund Policy - Refunds are accepted within 14 days of purchase. Items must be in original condition.
- Exchange Policy - One-time exchange allowed within 14 days for items in original condition.
- Promotion Policy - If a promotional item is returned or exchanged, the promotion will be voided, and full pricing will apply.
Order Inspection and Return Policy:
Please note that orders cannot be opened or inspected at the time of delivery in the presence of the courier.
However, if you encounter any issues with the size or fit of your item, you are entitled to request an exchange or refund within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that the item remains in its original condition and packaging.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Promotion Policy
- Size exchange is allowed for items purchased under a promotional offer.
- If you wish to return or exchange only one item from a promotional bundle (e.g., Buy X, Get Y), the promotion will be voided, and the full price of the remaining item(s) will be charged.
Please ensure that all items included in the promotional offer are returned together to retain the promotional benefits.

Refund Conditions:
- Refunds are accepted within 14 days from the date of purchase, as indicated on the invoice.
- All credit/debit card refunds will be processed back to the original payment card used at the time of purchase.
- All Refund processing may take up to 15 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).
- After processing, please allow an additional up to 15 working days for the refunded amount to reflect in your credit/debit card account.
- Returned products must be in their original packaging, in sellable condition, and have all original tags attached. Items that are dirty, stained, damaged, torn, or show signs of use will not be eligible for refund.

For hygiene reasons, the following products cannot be returned once their packaging has been opened:
- Shoe soles
- Socks
- Swimwear
- Lingerie
- Cleaning products
- Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. However, if the return is due to a manufacturing defect or damage during delivery, both the product cost and delivery charges will be fully refunded.
Steps to Request a Refund
- Once your refund request is approved, a courier will be arranged to collect the item from your address within 5–7 working days
- After the item is received at our store and inspected, the refund amount will be processed back to your bank account within 7 to 14 working days.

Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the date of purchase, as indicated on the invoice.
- The value of the exchanged product must be equal to or higher than the original purchase price.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging, in a sellable condition, with all relevant tags attached. Items that are dirty, stained, damaged, torn, or show signs of use will not be eligible for exchange.
- Please note that only one exchange per product is allowed within the 14-day period.
